Tark’s Grill & Bar is a contemporary American restaurant located in the center of fashionable Green Spring Station. Serving delicious food with warm service in a stylish, comfortable setting.

tark’s history

Tark’s Grill opened at Green Spring Station in 2008 and was purchased by current operators, Gino Cardinale & Bruce Bodie, in October 2016.

Tark’s is located in the same spot as the iconic, Harvey’s at Green Spring Station, which enjoyed a successful two-decade run before closing in 2000.

Today’s Tark’s Grill & Bar, lead by Chef-Partner James Jennings and a professional management team, offers a stylish, yet approachable, neighborhood dining experience.

Our seasonally changing menu and always warm hospitality makes Tark’s Grill & Bar perfect for almost any occasion.

recent renovations

The atmosphere here at Tark’s is more amazing than ever! The restaurant was fully renovated in 2020- including our main dining area, bar, Preakness room, wine room, and expansive patio.
