Tark's Grill is modeled on the traditional American bistro, with an emphasis on succulent aged steaks and local seafood favorites, all impeccably prepared, generously portioned and graciously served by our legendary staff. Our beef is hand-picked - from all-natural steer raised in California's Imperial Valley - aged a minimum of 30 days, and char grilled or blackened to your order. Our seafood classics - such as fresh jumbo lump crab cakes and herb grilled salmon - will "knock your socks off," according to one reviewer. From lighter fare such as our crisp signature salads and classic sandwiches, to a soup-to-nuts meal you'll remember long after, Tark's varied menu will satisfy any mood and appetite.
